Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: Certain products such as electrical parts or clearance items may be non-returnable. This will be stated clearly on the product page.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at contact@automodrive.com. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. We will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item shipped by us. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 14 days. We’ll resolve the issue by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit whichever you prefer.
